Le Pario

Le Pario is might best discovery in 2014;
The Chef, Edouardo Jacinto, a Brazilian young guy who lived in Italy and France, was Executive Chef and partner of one of Christian Constant restaurant, a famous and star Michelin chef.

Le Pario replaced a dscrete but excellent restaurant, Oh Duo! also recommended in FriendsChoices;
The food is simply excellent! Noble products perfectly well prepared, with just the good level of creativity and excellent taste; They are served in a beautiful way, and it will be hard not to like what is in your plate;

The service is efficient and friendly, and the decoration simple, making it a quite cosy place;
I particularly recommend the Tourteau salad, the Raviole de Gambas, and the profiteroles;

Prices are very reasonable for Paris standards; You can have excellent dishes in the economical menu for 35 EUR (starter, main dish and desert), or go for a bit more expensive options with more exclusive products;

I highly recommend this place, away from the touristic neighborhood from Paris, but definitly worth the ride;
