Murfatlar

The Dobrogea plateau is home to one of Romania's most known vineyard. Helped by the natural settings and the climate of the region, the Romanian population from Dobrogea have begun producing wine and in time have helped the Murfatlar Vineyard to become one of the the biggest wine brand in Europe.
From the wine production some of the most renown and awarded products are Sec de Murfatlar, Lacrima lui Ovidiu Pontica, Feteasca Neagra.
If you are on the way to visit the vineyard you should also check the wine cellar and do some wine tasting. Also the Murfatlar Vineyard is situated very close to the Black See where you can spend some sunny summer days in some really beautiful resorts!
